Analytical and creative thinking in a balding bearded bundle

Experienced consultant with a desire to do good

Man on a mission

I grew up wanting to be a Thundercat. But that didn’t seem practical.

So, I followed my passion. I studied psychology, fell into reward and benefits and spent over a decade consulting with clients. I engaged employees, conducted research and created dozens of compelling brands. In fact, I ran a creative team with a portfolio of 120 clients.

But everything clicked when I went solo.

I brought together all of my experience and skills to create truly authentic EVPs and exciting employer brands. I’ve used it ever since to help global media brands, small scale-ups and everything in between.

Maybe deep down I still want to be a Thundercat. But my goal now is to work with great businesses who are out to make a positive difference. Lets improve the workplace, shout about it, and have all the fun along the way.

A total nature geek

I spent many years chasing nature round the world - gorillas in Rwanda, orangutans in Borneo, great whites in South Africa. Now I’m happy on long walks with my wife and pup.

But I firmly believe this world is our responsibility and we should all do our bit to make it a better place.

Me, I give some of my time to charity, drive an electric car and eat a plant-based diet. But there’s always more I can do.

And if we all do just a little bit, it can amount to something amazing.

Values are important. I stick to three.

Be awesome

Be bold in your ideas. Break expectations, challenge the norm and shake things up. Each idea is as strong as the backbone behind it.

Be authentic

Be honest and true. Don’t try to please everyone, but be trustworthy, respectful and dependable – that is enough.

Be kind

Be thoughtful and considerate, always. Embrace empathy and be mindful of the people, animals and world beyond our walls.
